We will make a 1-to-1 exchange or replacement if the product delivered is faulty, incomplete (e.g. missing balloon) or the wrong product is delivered, by accident. The returned product must come with its original tags and in the original packaging. We accept exchanges within 7 days after the customer receives the item.
